Description
The question, "Will Manzanita Recycling Die?" is the main point in this article. It was the beginning for Manzanita, to face the recycling age. The coast guard had been providing a truck to transport the recyclable articles, but now was unable to continue, due to budget, fuel, and their training exercises. Marion Scott of the Nehalem Bay Garden Club told everyone the basement of the Manzanita Community House was full to overflowing and residents need to hold their recyclables til further notice. The Recycling Committee is trying to work out a solution.
