Description

The article is about Wheeler OR. telling its boom and bust from 1946 to the late 1980's. Prior to the 1950's it was a town with many saw and shingle mills, so the town was bustling during that time. Groceries and supplies came in by boat, as well as vistors. The town was name by lumber baron C.H. Wheeler. The new movie "Point Break" reshot its ending in Wheeler this June passing the town buildings off as Australia.
